Packers banking on Grant this coming season

The Green Bay Packers are rallying around Ryan Grant to lead them to glory this season as he showcased some exceptional football skills last season to win the hearts of thousands of Packers fans. The Packers coach Mike McCarthy said that Grant is the most important player in the team and the entire game of the Packers will revolve around him. Packers’ fans are rushing to the ticket counters to buy the tickets for the home games and are expecting Ryan Grant to continue with the rushing that he had displayed during the playoff win over Seattle. The fans now respect Grant as a very capable player and he has earned this reputation by virtue of his hard work and dedication.

Packers to retire the No. 4 Jersey

The Green Bay Packers and their fans are not surprised by the announcement made by Mark Murphy, the Packers CEO, about the retirement of the No. 4 jersey, the favorite of their Quarterback Brett Favre, who has announced his retirement during a press conference on March 6th. Mark said that it was a pretty easy decision to retire the Jersey No. 4 considering Brett’s contributions to the team as well as to NFL as a whole.

Murphy is not sure about the date of the retirement ceremony but is sure to honor Favre in a well deserving manner. Murphy said that the date will be fixed seeking the convenience of the Packers as well as Favre’s. Murphy hopes that the day of retirement will be a great day in the history of Green Bay Packers. The earlier players who received the honor were Tony Canadeo No. 3; Don Hutson No. 14, Bart Starr No. 15, Ray Nitschke No. 66, and Reggie white No. 92.

Is Rosenfels Still Perfect as the Houston Texans’ Starting Quarterback?

In fact, Rosenfels has won both games he’s started in place of the injured Matt Schaub. Rosenfels had two touchdown passes of 4 yards and one for 8, and Andre Davis added a score on a 97-yard kickoff return. The quarterback finished 27-of-36 for 209 yards.

Dallas Cowboys, 37, Green Bay Packers 27

Cowboys’ 6th straight win lifted the team ahead of Green Bay atop the NFC with 4 regular- season games left. Dallas can still clinch the NFC East Division title if the NY Giants (7-4) lose at Chicago (5-6) on December 2.
